Ethel Pressy

Pressy, Ethel Lillian (nee Goldbeck), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, June 7, 2010 at the age of 96. Loving wife of the late Elmer Pressy; beloved daughter of the late Bernard and Anna Goldbeck; devoted mother of Jeanneen (John) Loness and Randall (Robin) Pressy; treasured grandmother of Dawn (Korey) Dake, Jessica (David) Weber, Maria (Tommy Patrick) Loness, John Loness Jr., Drew Pressy, Colin Pressy, Kyle Pressy. Cherished great-grandmother of Taylor Graham, Kameron Dake, Kyle Dake, Allison Dake, Elijah Weber, Jonah Weber, soon-to-arrive Baby Weber, Madison Patrick, Callie Patrick, and Raygan Hagee. She is preceded in death by siblings; Edward, Lawrence, Robert, Frank, Alfred, Norbert, and Sylvester Goldbeck, Cecilia Benoist, Emma DuBray, and Hilda Haarmann. She was a member of Daughters of Isabella and Ladies Sodality of St. Charles Borromeo. Ethel volunteered at St Joseph Hospital for many years. Memorials may be made in the form of Masses at St. Charles Borromeo or to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation St. Louis Gateway Chapter in honor of Ethel's nephew, Greg Pressy who has been suffering from MS for the last eighteen years.
