Eugene Vargo

Memorials may be made to Fund to help soldiers injured in Iraq. Vargo, Eugene "Gene", of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Friday, May 30, 2008 at the age of 82. Dearest husband of Joan Vargo; dear son of the late Joseph and Theresa Vargo; devoted father of Gene (Kim) Vargo, Pam (Stephen) Watson, Stephan (Cindy) Vargo and Curt (Ann-Margaret) Vargo; beloved grandfather of Sara Vargo, Austin Watson, Connor Vargo, Blake Watson, Bryan Vargo, Kaigann Vargo, Laken Vargo and Cason Vargo; dear brother of Irene Janoski, preceded in death by one brother. He was a dear uncle and friend; also survived by nieces and nephews. Gene was employed as a Tool Designer at McDonnell Douglas. He was a member of American Legion, Ferguson, MO; enjoyed bowling, watching STL Cardinals, woodworking, his children and grandchildren.
