Eva Faye Helm

Eva Faye Helm (nee Parsons), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at the age of 93. Loving wife of 72 years to the late John Louis Helm; beloved daughter of the late James M. and Maud Irene Parsons; devoted mother of Timothy John Helm, Richard Wayne (Mary) Helm, and Kenneth Dean (Paula) Helm; dear sister of the late Jimmy Don (Edith Goodmiller) Parsons, Glen Ray (the late Tonia Epperson) and Shirley Ann (the late Glenn Croslin) Croslin; cherished grandmother of Timothy John (Carolyn) Helm, Jr., Nancy Sue (Mark) Brown, Dora Leilani (Timothy) Rayner, Nicole Estelita (Michael) Hackney, Heather Lynn (Brock) Levin, Richard Steven (Nicole) Helm, Julie Christine (Aaron) Lancaster, Jessica Sarah (Patrick) Earl, Matthew John Helm, and Tyler Jacob Helm; treasured great-grandmother of 18; aunt of 16. Eva (Faye) was one of the most organized people you would ever know. She took care of her home with immaculate care, and it was always amazingly clean. Eva (Faye) balanced an immaculate home with a warm and welcoming environment; where friends and family gathered to enjoy games of Yahtzee, Rook and Phase 10. Family was always important to her, and she took pride in having such amazing sons and a large family. She enjoyed traveling, visiting every state and would always get a glass souvenir from each trip, she appreciated the uniqueness of each different state. Her favorite trip was when Eva (Faye), John and her siblings went to Alaska and took a train ride through the state. She enjoyed reading and word search puzzles. Eva (Faye) was very nurturing, she lived for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was also a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Harvester (now Waypoint) for 20 years. Eva (Faye) was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made in Eva (Faye)'s name to Waypoint Church.
