RUFKAHR, Eva Marie, Union, MO, (nee: Vogt) age 85, fortified with Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, at Sunset Health Care Center, Union, MO on Monday August 22, 2005; beloved wife of Emmett H. Rufkahr and dear mother of James Arnold (Charlene), Joan Stolle (Ed) and Jean Stolle (Bob); dear Step-mother of Carol Miller (Tom), Alice Kurtz (Charles), Sandra Rufkahr and Ronald Rufkahr (Ellen). Survived by two brothers, Bob Vogt and Leo Vogt and one sister, Sally Scofield. Dear Grandmother of 23 and loved GreatGrandMother of 30. Mrs. Rufkahr was retired from Monsanto Company of O’Fallon, MO. She enjoyed 13 years of retirement with her husband, Emmett at Table Rock Lake, MO. She was an accomplished quilt maker and enjoyed cooking for her family, sewing, crocheting and cross stitching. She was an energetic woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. She was loved and will be missed. Mrs. Rufkahr was cremated. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Thursday, August 25 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Millwood, MO.
