Evan Michael Kielty

September 11, 1995 — April 8, 2020

Evan Michael Kielty will forever be remembered by his love of life, charismatic joy and sincere affection he showed to family, friends and anyone who crossed paths with him throughout his adventurous life.   The strength and courage he displayed in fighting depression inspired all who knew Evan.  Regretfully, his pain became overwhelming and insurmountable.

Evan lived his life to the fullest.  He had the most selfless heart.  He consistently put others ahead of himself and always sacrificed his own feelings for the good of others.  The king of second chances, who simply never knew a stranger.  Evan enjoyed all sports and even partook in a weekly podcast that commentated on major sporting events.  Evan was happiest spending time with his friends, who were more like his family, and his beloved dog Mally.  His contagious laughter and youthful soul will carry on forever. With the recent outpouring of support its comforting for the family to know how much joy and happiness Evan spread to everyone that knew him.  Though he may no longer be here physically, his spirit will live on through us all.  When the sun is shining, when the wind whistles, when your favorite song comes on, or when you simply find yourself thinking about him, Evan is present.  His vitality will never be forgotten.  His essence was pure, and his courage was endless. He is survived by his mother, Jesse Kielty (Mark Baker), his father, Michael Kielty, sister Aryn Koepke (Cody), sister Ryan Kielty, brother Colin Kielty; his grandparents Ken and Lucinda Kielty, Barb and Miles Johnson; his aunt Kristi Kielty (Gary Robinson), his aunt Amy Yahnke, his aunt Jennifer Wolf (Rick), his uncle Scott Johnson (Lyndsey); and cousins Drew Kielty and Abigail Kielty, Sebastian, Madison and Ricky Wolf, Skylee, Tayler and Scottlyn Johnson; and nephews Clayton Koepke and Austin Koepke.

Evan is preceded in death by his beloved uncle, Sean Kielty.
