Evelyn “Evie” Elves

Elves, Evelyn “Evie” (nee: Davis) of O’ Fallon, MO, died on Tuesday November 10, 2015, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Donald L. Elves; cherished daughter of the late Ivan and Fern Davis; devoted mother of Susan Hawkins, Frank (Audrey) Elves, and Donna (Mike) Barbarick; loving grandmother of Michael (Jamie) Barbarick, Eric (Rebecca) Elves, John (Wendy) Barbarick, and Marissa Hawkins; treasured great-grandmother of Claire Elves, Hannah Elves, Kadence Elves, Alexia Barbarick, Kaitlyn Barbarick, and Caleb Cruz; dear sister of Richard (Jenny) Davis, Nora Lawrence, Ed Davis, and Gene (Sue) Davis. Evelyn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Evie was a member of the First Baptist Church of O’Fallon. She was a strong Christian who loved the Lord.  She also loved traveling, ceramics, and her Early Bird Eight bible study. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Evie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
