Evelyn Ruth Rascher

"Bud" Rascher, Jr., dear daughter of the late Joseph H. and Emma Meyer; cherished mother of Kim (Barbara) J. Rascher, Rick J. Rascher, Diane (Kevin) Koester and Jeff (Lashay) Rascher, and Robert (Pamela) Rascher; beloved grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 20; dear sister of Virginia Elam and sister-in-law of James (Lucille) Rascher and Walter "Peewee" Kidd. Evelyn enjoyed bowling, watching TV, an avid STL Cardinals fan and catering to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
