Evelyn W. Freise

Evelyn W. Freise (nee Wetter), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the age of 100. Loving wife of the late William P. Freise; beloved daughter of the late Oscar and Mathilda Wetter; devoted mother of Karen (Benjamin J.) Branch, Richard (Jane) Freise, Kathy (Jim) Zerr, William (Mary) Freise, and the late Allen (wife Pat survives) Freise; dear sister of the late Maurice (Mattie) Wetter; cherished grandmother of Kim, David, Michael, Leanne, Matthew, Stephanie, Benjamin, Josh, Melissa, Nicole, Jesse, Blake, Clayton, Brian, Christopher, and Marissa. Evelyn is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Evelyn was a longtime parishioner at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, shopping, and word puzzles. Nothing gave her as much joy however, as spending time with her beloved family. Evelyn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial contributions may be made in Evelyn's honor to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
