Evelyn Louise Ward (nee Decker), of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Harold Ward; cherished daughter of the late Forrest Decker and Carie Bell Zipse. Devoted mother of Bradley K. Ward and Cheryl L Mueller.

Evelyn, a devoted mother of two and grandmother to four, with an additional nine great-grandchildren, dedicated her career to serving as a driving instructor for the Missouri Highway Patrol. Having spent the majority of her life in Florissant, she found joy in exploring the world through 77 cruises of varying durations, ranging from one week to multiple weeks. Her love for life and warm spirit touched the hearts of those around her, and she will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Memorials may be made in Evelyn's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
