Simmons-Garrett, Evelynn Jane (nee Eubanks), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at the age of 88. Loving wife of William Garrett, and first husband, the late Lendall L. Simmons; beloved daughter of the late Charles Melvin and Serena Elizabeth Eubanks; devoted mother of Robert E. (Debbie) Simmons and Richard A. (Nancy) Simmons; cherished grandmother of Amanda (Derek) Thrasher, Nathan (Katie) Simmons, Calvin Simmons, Lara (David) Venable, and Shelley (Dean) Siracusa; treasured great-grandmother of nine; dear sister of Charles Francis (Mary) Eubanks; dearest friend and aunt to many. Preceded in death by her siblings, Paul (Goldie) Eubanks, Bea (Ed) Adolf, Gloria (Al) Gilson, Elanor (Renolds) Risley, Ribble Eubanks, James Melvin (Fern) Sheppard, Etta Mae (Doyle) Sheppard, Barney Lea Eubanks, and Van (Agnes) (Lou) Eubanks.
Evelynn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
