Everett L. Addis

Everett L. Addis was born on Feb 16, 1941,  in Poplar Bluff, MO. to his parents Douglas and Imogene Addis. He was one  of  four sons and four daughters. Everett and his parents and siblings lived in Michigan from 1947 until he returned to Poplar Bluff, MO. to complete his high school education in 1959.

He moved to St Louis, MO., to work as a mechanic, where he met and married Carol Metz. They had two daughters, Dante, who is married to Larry Pitizer. Her daughters are Amanda, who is married Stephen Reeder, and they have one daughter Nora Grace, Nicole , who is engaged to Brandon Lalumondiere, and Andrea, who is  their youngest daughter.

Michelle, who is married to Mark Luhn, and they had Justin, Ryan, who is married to Beth and they have two daughters, Eleanor and Lucy. Their youngest son is Scott.

Everett married Anna in 1985, and she has two daughters. Christine , who is married to Roger Ebert. They have five children R.J. , Patrick, Brittany , who is married to Ricky Lissow, and they have two daughters, Londynn, and Sadie . Their Sarah is engaged  to  Jessie Boucher and they have two daughters Avery and Alivia . Their youngest daughter is Taylor. Denise is Anna's youngest daughter and she is married to Gary Archambault . She has three children Myranda , who is married to Burton Collier,  Morgan , and Paul Jr.

Everett was a very gifted man , who loved working with computers, rebuilding homes and always thinking of what to do next. He never gave up fighting cancer even though it was not the cancer who took him from all of us. We all loved him with all our hearts. He now is in heaven looking down on all of us.

If he would be here with us, he would want to express his thank you to all our family and friends and especially  to John his younger brother and his wife Joyce, to Denise and Gary, and to Dorothy our neighbor.

From his wife, he was a loving , caring husband, who will remain in my heart until I join him in heaven.
