Evo was devoted to his family, and loved spending time trading stories around the kitchen table. (Food was usually involved.) He often entertained family and friends with his rich sense of humor and storytelling abilities. Mal was an avid fisherman and golfer, and he enjoyed watching football on Sunday afternoons. For years, he and Sharon held season tickets for the St. Louis Football Cardinals.

He was a long-time parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, where he served as a Eucharistic minister. Evo was a US Air Force veteran.
Evo was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SSM Hospice or Memory Care Home Solutions.
