Flora Apadaca “Granny” Salazar

Flora Apadaca “Granny” Salazar (nee Apadaca), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017, at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Miguel O. Martinez and the late Felimon Salazar; beloved daughter of the late Claudio and Amoncita Apadaca; devoted mother of Geraldine Williams, Linda (David) Hart, Marina Morales, and Jesse (Elizabeth Murray) Martinez; cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, and aunt to many. Preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Ortega; granddaughter, Rose Marie Marval; sisters, Rebecca Jimenez, and Celena Apadaca; and brother, Robert Apacada.
Flora was a member at St. Peter Catholic Church. She was a seamstress and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing cards. Flora was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
