Flora J. Blythe

Blythe, Flora, of St. Peters, Missouri, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, August 1, 2014 at the age of 95.  Beloved daughter of the late Burley and Minnie Dye; devoted mother of Mary Vivian (the late Robert) Kaesser and Floy Patricia (the late Ronald) Bailey; cherished grandmother of Tammy (James) Mudd, Russell (Stephanie) Kaesser, Cynthia (Jon) Wetzstein, and Christiana Bailey; treasured great-grandmother of 9; loving great-great grandmother of 2; dear sister of Vivian Headley and Bonnie Seeley. Flora is also survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Michelle Bailey, and her siblings Burton Dye, Dorothy Sears, and Lyn Dye. She was a member of Eastern Star, White Shrine, Amaranth, Kindred Spirits, and also was an active member of Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church Lady's Chapel and served as a greeter there. Flora loved spending time with her family especially all her grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church St. Peters or Alzheimer's Association.
