Florence V. Boone-Chaudoin

Florence V. Boone-Chaudoin (nee: Hoyt) of St. Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016, at the age of 96. Loving wife of the late Eugene Chaudoin, Sr.; beloved daughter of the late Albert and Elenora Hoyt; devoted mother of Carolyn Weseloh, Eugene Chaudoin, Jr., Linda (Lloyd) Boone, David (Barb) Chaudoin, and Michele (Mike) Russell; cherished grandmother of Bernice (Dick) Orf, Donald (Martha) Weseloh, Cynthia (Phillip) Hall, Carrie (Earl) Reicklein, Melissa (John) Espenschied, Stacy (Dave) Bick, Nysha Chaudoin, Erica (Brian) Heppermann, Chelse (Mike) Wilkins, Ashley Russell, and Lauren Russell; treasured great-grandmother of 22; and great-great grandmother of one; dear step-mother of Robert Boone and Anna Ryan; step-grandmother of Robert Ryan; dearest sister of Helen Lanini and Eugene Hoyt. Florence is preceded in death by her second husband, Lloyd A. Boone and 8 of her siblings.

Florence loved cooking for her family and friends at Gene & Flo’s Restaurant that she and her husband owned for many years. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and embroidering. Florence loved reading, gardening and volunteering at church. She was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
