Mrs. Parks was a Past Matron of Eastern Star Chapter 43 in Terre Haute, IN, Past President of Womens Chapter of Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen & Enginemen. She also worked in the Children's Department of JC Penney for 15 years in Terre Haute IN and attended Indiana State.
