Frances Virginia Elmore

Frances Virginia Elmore (nee Bowlin), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Elmore; cherished daughter of the late Lionel and Vivian Bowlin; devoted mother of the late Laurie Hubbartt; loving grandmother of Jordan (Jennifer) Lee, Takisha (Mark) Young, Alexandria (Jake Brown) Hubbartt, and Dominic Hubbartt; treasured great grandmother of Ariana, Malarie, Urijah, Malachi, Emily, Linsey, and Elijah; beloved great-great grandmother of Braelyn, Ansley, and Baylor. Frances was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

Frances was a devoted homemaker who cherished a life filled with simple pleasures, from cleaning and organizing to spending time with her grandkids. She had a love for butterflies, hummingbirds, and roses, and found joy in dining out, shopping, and watching television. Frances was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Frances' name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
