Frances K. Foeller of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017, at the age of 77. Cherished daughter of the late Vincent and Alice Pecaut; devoted mother of Carol (Robert) Plummer, Mary Boscacci, Matthew (Reneé) Foeller, and Nancy Wolf; loving grandmother of Alyssa Plummer, Robbie Plummer, Celia Plummer, Sarah Plummer, Laney Foeller, Madeline Foeller, Nora Foeller, Britney Wolf, and Greyson Wolf; treasured great-grandmother of Bobbi Becks; dear sister of Lucille Asbridge. Frances is also preceded in death by her brothers Charles Pecaut and Roy Pecaut.
Frances will be remembered for her love and devotion as a mother and grandmother. Above everything else, family was her greatest treasure. Frances was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Masses.
