Frances L. “Frannie” Fann

Frances L. "Frannie" Fann, 73, was the loving wife of Vernon Fann; beloved daughter of the late Melwyn "Earl" and Lella Beatrice Taylor; devoted mother of Tamara Fann, Linda (John) Meisner, and Catherine (Jay) Murry; doting grandmother of 8 grandchildren; dear sister of Avis (Larry) Ruebling; and beloved aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Ann Runge. Frannie enjoyed traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association. *** Celebration of Life *** Those of you who knew and loved Frannie are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Open House in her memory. Saturday, January 7, 2012. Frannie and Vern's home 1609 Lincoln Drive St. Charles, Missouri 63301 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. There will be Hors d'oeuvres and drinks and time to share memories of Frannie. She told us she would be the angel with the turquoise wings. We will be wearing turquoise in her honor. Feel free to do the same if you wish.
