Frances M. Underwood

Frances M. Underwood (formerly Russell), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at the age of 68. Dear daughter of the late Albert and Susann Petti; loving wife of almost nine years to Bob Underwood; devoted mother of Traci (R.J.) Grisoff, Scott Russell, Tammi (Rick) Palo, and Thomas Russell; step-mother of Deeanna Laurence, Kristine Underwood, Roberta (Eric) Anderhub, and Cheryl (Adrian) Hasenmayer; cherished grandmother of Tasia and Tristin Grisoff; Mandi and Mikaela Russell; Richard, Kameron and Dominik Palo; and Dean Russell; step-grandmother of Billy (Lauren) Wiethaupt; Chase and Halle Laurence; Nick and Aaron Little; Brayden and Bria Anderhub; Mia and Lucy Hasenmayer; and step-great grandmother of Madison Wiethaupt; dear sister of Genevive (Frank) Gamma, Tony (Rosetta) Petti, Susann (Larry) Hartig, Billy Petti, and Bobby Petti. She is preceded in death by the father of her children, Thomas Russell. Frances was a hairstylist for 40 years and loved everything to be upbeat and colorful, nothing dull and boring. She had many passions in life; cooking, traveling, shopping, styling hair and making people look good, making rosaries, and even enjoyed cars. But her main passion was her family and doting over her grandchildren. She was always full of joy and happiness, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
