McCutcheon, Frances, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the age of 70. Dearest wife of the late Joseph Larry McCutcheon; dear daughter of the late Dorsey and Fern Bay; loving mother of Carla (Stephen) Carden and L. Dwayne (Lisa) McCutcheon; beloved grandmother of Jennifer Carden, and Tiffany Carden; great-grandmother of Kaitlyn Alexandro, Jeremy Gray and Kylie Gray; dear sister of, Evelyn Stanfield, Jerry (Donna) Bay, Doris (Billy) Sisk and Dale (Joyce) Bay. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Stephanie Carden and brother, Dariel Bay. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
