Frances Merrill Henke

Henke, Frances Merrill, of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, died on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late August Edward Henke; dear daughter of the late Phillip and Gertrude Merrill; devoted mother of Beth Campbell, Ashley (Mike) Toalson, Carl (Judy) Henke, Jean Henke, John (Donna) Henke, Carol (Paul) Craig, and James (Darlene) Henke; cherished grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 9; prized aunt of Pat Merrill; and dear sister of the late George Merrill. Frances was an active member of the AAUW. She also spent time in the past as a dedicated member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, 99's Women's Pilot Association, Lake Forest Golf Club, and Duck Club Yacht Club. Active as she was, her main passion in life was her family. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made to Wings of Hope.
