Frank D'Amico, of St. Charles, MO, formerly of Buffalo, NY, died peacefully at home on March 26, 2014 at the age of 87. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Ida Aronica D'Amico for fifty-six years. They met in Buffalo in their 20's and were at each other's side raising their three children, Mary Lynette (Polly Carl) D'Amico, Mark (Kathy) D'Amico, and James (Sherry) D'Amico. Frank is survived by his children, his grandchildren Amy, Emily (Joe), David, Erin, and Kelly; great-grandchild Harrison; and brother Vincent (Gloria). He is also survived by several beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Ida, his parents Domenico and Domenica D'Amico, and two brothers Peter and Carmen.
Frank was an Investment Broker for many years before he retired and was a past member of the Fratellanza Fraternity. He was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with his family and volunteering at St. Joseph Health Center. He was a gentle and kind man, generous and loyal. He valued good bread, a clean car, chocolate, a glass of wine, and friends and family. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
