Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Rose Kowalczyk; brothers, Jerry and Tommy Kowalczyk. Frank served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam war and was a life member of VFW Post #5517 in Winfield Missouri. He was a West St. Louis County Postal carrier.
