Frank M. Kowalczyk

Memorials may be made to Mid America Transplant Services. Kowalczyk, Jr., Frank M. "Frankie", of Warrenton, MO, died on Monday, February 1, 2010 at the age of 24. Devoted son of Rosemary Hill and the late Frank M. Kowalczyk: dear brother of Diana (Rodger) Miller and Leslie Kowalczyk: beloved uncle, nephew, cousin, brother in-law and friend to all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Rose and Walter Kowalczyk and Mary and Edwin D. Hill and his uncles Tommy Kowalczyk and Gerald "Dog" Kowalczyk. Frank was employed as a Certified Nurses Aid at Warrenton Manor and volunteered at the Post Office food bank.
