Frank E. Seavert of Oakville, MO, passed away at the age of 49 on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas (the late Judith) Seavert.
Frank was born and raised in Florissant and is survived by his children, Jordyn Seavert, Nathan Seavert, and Devyn Seavert; his girlfriend Gina Sokolich, her son Dylan and two daughters Julia and Gabriella; his mother, Louise Nash; and sisters, Barbara Lococo and Rebecca (Brian) Taylor.
Frank Seavert was a dedicated and loyal first responder who was in the industry for over 8 years. He worked with Abbott EMS and Accucare since 2015 and Christian EMS since 2012. He was a field training officer with Christian EMS and actively participated in events for the departments on and off duty. He has three children; Jordyn, Nathan, and Devyn.
He loved the Cardinals, Blues, and Missouri football. He enjoyed playing golf, baseball, and basketball, as he played these sports in high school at Riverview Gardens Senior High and continued playing in various recreational teams throughout his life. Frank loved sports so much he coached his children's youth soccer and baseball teams. Frank was also involved in the Fort Zumwalt East band booster club with his son. He was an active member of Chapel of the Cross Lutheran Church in St. Peters and ushered for a period of time. His love of softball included playing with the EMS recreational team, Chapel of the Cross Men's team, and many other teams throughout the years.
He loved coaching and helping others whether it's his kids in sports or a new EMT student. He always enjoyed helping others in any capacity. Before EMS, he obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri Technical Institute, but the turn of the economy forced a career change and direction to EMS.
