Franklin “Carl” Kestner

Kestner, Franklin "Carl", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at the age of 82. Loving husband of Ethel Kestner (nee: Hendrix); beloved son of the late Joseph and Birdie Kestner; devoted father of Vicki (Michael) Henningfield, Dennis Kestner, Linda (Jerry) Allen, and Lisa Griffin; cherished grandfather of 12; treasured great-grandfather of 21 and great-great grandfather of 2; dear brother of Henry Paul Kestner and Joseph Elton Kestner. Carl proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and later served as a member of the Masonic Lodge and American Legion.
