Frederick “Fred” William Rauback

Frederick “Fred” William Rauback, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Brenda Rauback; beloved son of the late Frederick and Letha Rauback; devoted father of Arlen (Ashlee) Rauback, Jason (Elizabeth) Rauback, Jared Rauback, and Laura Beth Rauback; cherished grandfather of Jacob (Ana), Harrison, Cayden (O'Brien), Amanda, Sophie, Isabelle, Cooper, Finnegan, Rafferty, Etta and Birdie; dear brother of Betty (Byron) Wilson, George (Elena) Rauback, Joann (Keith) Drayton; and is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and many other family members. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Judy (Sherman) Sparks and Thelma Rauback.

Fred proudly served his country in the United States Army. In his younger years Fred was and accomplished artist. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and climbing trees. Fred loved stories and was a great storyteller. He loved telling his stories to his family and friends who found them quite interesting. Not only did Fred love to tell stories but he also loved reading them, he was an avid reader. His greatest aim in life was to center himself on the Savior and love those around him the way Jesus would. Fred was a wealth of knowledge with the most amazing since of humor. Fred was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
