Frederick Michael Pilkington

Frederick Michael Pilkington, age 80, of Dardenne Prairie, MO, entered into the presence of the Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Beloved husband of Marie Louise Pilkington; cherished son of the late Ross and Charolette Pilkington; devoted father of Elizabeth (Philip) Ellerbrock, Patricia Hines, Michael (Melanie) Pilkington; loving grandfather of Anna DePalm, Jeremy Hines, Megan Hines, Matthew Hines, Nathan Hines, Abigail Pilkington and Aubrey Pilkington; loving great-grandfather to Walter Hines. Dear brother of Maureen Pilkington and John Pilkington. Preceded in death by brother, Ross E. Pilkington; and sister, Sally Lammers and great-grandchild Graham Hines.

Fred was a proud member of the United States Army and known for his work ethic and dedication throughout his life. A devout Catholic and member of Immaculate Conception Church of Dardenne Prairie. His love for the Lord was evident. Above all, Fred was deeply devoted to his family, working hard to support them and encouraging them to regularly attend church. He was a loving husband to his wife, Marie, for 57 years. Fred’s steadfast dedication to both his family and his faith left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
