Gary Allen Mantei, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Mary Beth Mantei; cherished son of the late Sue and Marvin Mantei; devoted father of Daniel Mantei, Nicole (Matt) Hearty, and the late Zachary Mantei; loving grandfather of James Hearty; dear brother of Marty Mantei, and Gretchen (Bill) Kagley; Awesome brother in law to Jill (Tom) Kienstra, Dan (Cindy) Kuhn, Laurie Brady and Karen (Mike) Todd. Beloved son in law to Roy (Mary Ann) Kuhn. Treasured uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Gary and Mary Beth shared 41 years of marriage, relishing in travel, golf, and cherished moments with loved ones. Gary, vibrant and athletically inclined, possessed a captivating sense of humor alongside a remarkable passion for all sports, especially football, rugby and golf. He is known for his love of Marie Osmond and Elvis Presley. He radiated generosity, always willing to go above and beyond for others. Renowned as an exceptional father and grandfather, his boundless kindness and friendship endeared him to all, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him. Gary's absence leaves a profound void, his memory cherished dearly by all whose lives he touched.
