Gayle Johnston (nee: Long) was born on August 10, 1918 in Lanagan Missouri to Fred and Fannie Smith Long. Her loving parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Johnston is survived by her children, April Ash (Chris) of St. Peters Missouri, Janet Ackenhausen (James) of St. Peters Missouri, Reeca Brooks (Carl) of Jackson Mississippi, and Charles Spencer Johnston (Jodi) of Rogers Arkansas, one sister, Vella Isaacson of Sacramento California, seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert S. Johnston.
