Howell, Gene, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the age of 84. Special friend of Jeng Lee; cherished son of the late Clifton and Leora Howell; loving uncle of Mark Zapfe; treasured friend of Bryan Ness and Jason Liu; dear friend and neighbor of Joe and Jan Henderson.
Gene was preceded in death by his sisters: Joyce Zapfe and Ruby Howell.
Gene was a very witty, caring, and compassionate man. He loved technology. He was a wizard when it came to cell phones, computers, and TVs. His greatest joy was spending time with his friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. 459.
