Loving father of Terry Cramer of St. Charles, MO, Judy Louise (Steve) Brown of Kansas City, MO, and Sandra Kay (Randal) Lowery of St. Charles, MO. Beloved Grandfather of Eric, Nick and Ashley Brown, Tyler and Austin Lowery. Great Grandfather of Jayce and Caleb Brown. He is preceded in death by Brother Emery Cramer and Sisters Dorothy Addis and Martha Murray . He was a member of the Elks Lodge of St. Charles Memorials may be made to New Hope Presbyterian Church.
