Geneva Crow (nee Reynolds) of New Braunfels, Texas, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Friday July 27, 2018, at the age of 97. Loving wife of the late Harold “Bud” Crow; beloved daughter of the late Lafe and Ella Reynolds; devoted mother of Darlene (Eric) Lyczak and Raymond Wisniewski; cherished grandmother of Jody (Jay) Bryan, Jeff Morrison, Christine (Tim) Fletcher, Shelly (Adam) Liley, and Cindy (Rick) Hurt; and also a great grandmother and great-great grandmother of many. Geneva was preceded in death by her siblings, Jefferson Reynolds, Russell Reynolds, Edgar Reynolds, Elliott Reynolds, Leona Bowler, Mildred Hankins, and Iva Dolan.
Geneva was an amazing cook and owned a restaurant/tavern for many years. She loved to go fishing with her husband at their cabin by the Meramec river. She tended to her garden of countless vegetables, fruits, and grapes, and she had just about every kind of fruit tree possible. She also enjoyed canning her vegetables and fruits for family and friends. In her spare time, she liked crocheting and knitting. Geneva, a true angel on earth, was a wonderful caregiver for many of her family members. As an avid sports fan, she looked forward to watching the St. Louis Cardinals play, or taking in a good tennis match or golf tournament on TV. Geneva was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
