Beloved husband of Patricia "Pat" Cook (nee: McGinnis); dear son of the late Carl and Mary Cook; devoted father of Mike Cook and Mary (Jeff) Roseman; cherished grandfather of Hannah Lewis, Alyssa Herrington, and Kanin Roseman; dear brother of Judy Cook, the late Gerry Brooks, and the late Dick Cook; dear nephew of Earl McNerney; dear uncle to nieces and nephews; dear cousin and friend to many.
