Jr. and Ednamae Bartley; and brother, W. E. Bartley III and his wife, Grace. Mr. Bartley graduated from University of Missouri St. Louis. He was very active in Boy Scout Troop Explorer Post 362 Richmond Heights and served on the District Advisory Council
