George H. Neiswenter of Foristell, MO passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the age of 95. Beloved husband of the late Louise Neiswenter and son of the late George Sr. and Alice Neiswenter. Father of Fred (Cheryl) Neisweter, George (Brenda) Neiswenter, the late Todd Neiswenter, Eric Neiswenter, Charlie (Shanon) Neiswenter and Sue (Jerry) Brittain. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Justin, Amber, Darrell, and Colin Neiswenter.

He was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 4, 1927, and was the second son of George Sr. and Alice. He was a brother to the late Jimmy and Billy Neiswenter. His brother Ronald resides in New York and his sister Winnie (Frankie) Curto resides in Florida.

He proudly served his country in US Navy and spent over 20 years in reserves as a SeeBee. He worked for the New York Transit authority until moving to St. Louis, Mo in 1967 and started working at the United States Bulk Mail Center in Hazelwood, Mo until his retirement in 1989.

He enjoyed his 33 years of retirement by travelling and taking cruises and seeing such places as Alaska and the Bahamas with his late girlfriend Barb Skates. He loved working on his trains, enjoyed woodworking and had an enormous collection of Betty Boop memorabilia.

He will be missed by everyone who loved and knew him.
