George W. Schuttenberg

"Bill", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Clarice P. Schuttenberg (nee: Rau), dear son of the late Harry and Irene Schuttenberg; cherished father of Mary Williams, Martha Clemons, Jan (Eugene) Anderson, Michael Schuttenberg, Mark (Tanya) Schuttenberg and the late infant daughter Sue Louise Schuttenberg; dear grandfather of Scott, Steve, Jennifer, Matthew, Joshua, Megan, Justin, Jonathan and Jenny; dear great-grandfather of Katrina, Jordan, and Maile; loving brother of Harry J. Schuttenberg; dear brother-in-law of Miriam Budde and the late Lillian Schuttenberg, dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to all who knew him. Bill was retired from ACF, where he was the supervisor of accounting, and he was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, past President and Charter Member of St. Charles Jaycees, former member of Board of Elders at Immanuel, and a member of American Legion Post #312. He also served in the Army as a SGT in Europe during WWII .He was an avid golfer who proudly made two holes in one in the same year, and who continued to play golf into his late 80's. He enjoyed bowling.
