Gerald Gerry Bossman

Bossman; dear son of the late Paul W. and Emma (nee: Eikel) Bossman; loving brother of Melvin (Virginia) Bossman, Mildred (Harold) Thornton, Arlene (Junior) Stotko, the late William Bossman and Alice Elsenraat. Gerlad was a life member of VFW Post 2866, the Military Order of Cootie #5, American Legion Post 312 and life member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. Gerald attended school in Starkenburg and Rhineland. After school he served in a 3-C Camp (Civilian Conservation Corps) for a year. He served as a medic corpsman in the US Air Force 454th Borbardment Group in San Giovanni, Italy from February 1943 to October 1945. After serving in the USAF he moved back to Hermann and worked in the International Shoe Factory. Gerald went to work for McDonnell Douglas Company, retiring in 1985.
