Gerald “Jerry” Fitzgerald

Gerald “Jerry” Fitzgerald, of Bridgeton, MO, passed Sunday, March 11, 2018, at the age of 82. Loving husband of almost 63 years to Mary Fitzgerald; beloved son of the late Jeremiah and Mary Fitzgerald; devoted father of Dennis (Linda) Fitzgerald, Kathleen Moellering, Theresa (Brian) McAndrew, Gerald (Leisa) Fitzgerald, and Michael Fitzgerald; cherished grandfather of 19; treasured great-grandfather of Seven; and admired uncle. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Mary Ratchford and Margaret Fitzgerald.

Jerry was a former member of St. Bartholemew church. He enjoyed reading history and loved the outdoors, but Jerry loved spending time with his family most of all. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
