Dearest husband of Karen Renee Smith (nee: Byrn); dear son of the late Gene Lewis and Mary Alice Smith; devoted father of Monica (Christopher) Gore and Brian Smith; dear brother of Pearl Levengood and Alan Smith; dear step-brother of Peter Hrycenko and John Addyson; dear step-son of Ann Marie Smith. He was our dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Jerry was employed as an Air Traffic Controller with Federal Aviation Administration for 25 years.
