Beloved husband of Rita Phillips (nee: Boehmer); dear son of Margaret (nee: Orf) and the late Ivan Phillips; beloved father of Lisa (Nick) Lammers and Julie (Tim) Meyer dear brother of Barbara Hunsel, Linda Tochtrop, William, Robert, Donald and Richard Phillips; son-in-law of Martha Boehmer and the late Urban Boehmer; cherished grandfather of Sarah, Emily, Kristin and Eric. Mr. Phillips was co-owner of Elsberry IGA Store.
