Gerry Schrader

Gerry Schrader of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away at the age of 88 on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Julia Puent; and three sisters, Betty Steinhoff, Edna Lohmeyer, and Dottie Spahr.

Gerry is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Donald H. Schrader; her children, Donna (Denny) Anderhalter and Mary (Dave) Moon; her grandchildren, Stacey (Jason) Beerman, Marissa (Jason) Wussler, Liz (Tim Alvarez) Zimmerman, Jonathan (Amy) Anderhalter, and Matthew (Shila) Moon; her great-grandchildren, Kyle Wussler, Abby Wussler, Lexie Wussler, Connor Beerman, Cole Beerman, Abby Anderson, Anna Roth, Patrick Comer, Abe Anderhalter, and Barrett Anderhalter; and her siblings, Joe (JoAnn) Puent, Barb Hawley, and Bob (Judy) Puent.

Gerry was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church since 1983 and lived as an example of her faith every day. She was a loving mother and her kind, compassionate personality along with her willingness to do anything for anybody in need was a constant source of strength for her loved ones. For fun, Gerry liked to embrace her creative talents through crafting, painting, or cross-stich projects. She also enjoyed sitting down to spend the time with a fun round of Hand and Foot, Marbles or Dominoes, or working a jigsaw puzzle. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
