Glen “Fud” D. Boschert

Glen "Fud" D. Boschert of Saint Peters, MO, passed away at the age of 90 on Saturday, December 5, 2020. Fud was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell and Gertrude Boschert; his sister, Mary Faith Boschert; and his nephew, Keith Boschert.

Fud is survived by his siblings, Wendell "Slick" (The late Lila) Boschert  and Thomas "Tom" (Elizabeth "Betty") Boschert; his nieces and nephews, Renee (Keith) D'Angelo, Mike (Angie) Boschert, Ron (Toni) Boschert, Sandy Michel, Kelly (Mitch) Mobley, Julie Peirick, Diane (Donny) Shelton, Jody Boschert, Kerry (Todd) Bradley, and Nick (Kate) Boschert; and he was a great-uncle, great-great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Fud was a veteran of the US Army and was stationed in Germany for a year and a half. Later, Fud remained active with American Legion Post #313 in St. Peters and in 2020 had the experience of participating in the Honor Flight program. He was a lifelong parishioner of All Saints Catholic Church and honorary member of the Knights of Columbus Council.

Fud was a farmer and avid sportsman who loved to spend his time playing ball, golfing, hunting, and fishing. He was a sponsor of the annual hog roast in his community and owned stock with Farmer’s Co-Op Elev. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial contributions in Fud’s name may be made to the Honor Flight Program and Masses.
