Glennon “Glenn” Joseph Ameis, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the age of 91. Loving husband of the late Margaret Ameis; beloved son of the late John and Caroline Ameis; devoted father of Glennon J. (Carla) Ameis, Jr., Michael Ameis, Theresa (the late David) Titus, Peggy (Tim) Dalton, Mary (Paul) Commerer, Rich (Cindy) Ameis, and Maggie (Tim) Matlock; cherished grandfather of 22 and great-grandfather of 9; dear brother of Mary Ann Hrdlicka. Glennon is also preceded in death by eight siblings.
Glenn proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. Glennon retired as a United States Postal Carrier after 37 years of service.
Wealth is measured in many ways. Glenn would tell you he was the luckiest man in the world. He adored his wife "his bride" of 63 years. Glenn was a devoted family man. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren. Glenn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Maryknoll Sisters.
