Gloria “Glo” Hays

Hays, Gloria Jean (nee Blenden) of Florissant, Missouri, on Thursday October 18, 2018, at the age of 73.

Beloved wife of the late Charles D. Hays; cherished daughter of the late Howard E. Blenden and Rose Marie V. Shelby; dear sister of Shirley A. Kappauff, Mary Lee (David) Pettyjohn, and James R. Zull; treasured aunt of Daron (Leslie Dillender) Kappauff, Doug (Beth) Kappauff, Dawn Pettyjohn, Lora (Joe) Devine, Ryan (Sarah) Zull, Danny (Mandy) Zull, Riley Zull, and Emily Zull; loving great-aunt, cousin, & friend to many.

Gloria is preceded in death by sister-in-law Sharon Zull, brother-in-law Dennis Kappauff and nephew Shawn M. Zull.

Gloria’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a long-time member, over 45 years with the Chris-Tones. She retired after close to 50 years with Ralston Purina, and Gloria loved going to the casinos and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
