Grace M. Sullivan (nee Vogler) Baptized in the Hope of Christ's Resurrection on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at the age of 85. Beloved wife and best friend of 20 years to the late John E. Sullivan, Sr., former loving wife of 13 years to the late Dale R. Mueller, and 9 years to the late Elmer H. Nirgenau, Jr. Grace lived well, laughed often, and loved much and leaves the world better than she found it. She never failed to look for the best in others and gave the best of herself. Her loving spirit will remain with all who loved her. Stepmother to Richard (Suzanne) Nirgenau, Joan (Ray) Reynolds, Michael (Nancy) Sullivan, Timothy (Madge) Sullivan, John Jr. (Caroline) Sullivan, Kathleen (John) Knop, Maureen (Greg) Bingham, and Patricia (Neal) Cronin. Grandmother "Granny Grace" to 19: Nirgenau, Reynolds, Borgmeyer, Sullivan, Schmidt, Meyer, Knop, Bingham, and Dieckmann, Callison, Vogt and Reed children. Great-grandmother of 16. Dear sister of the late Bernice (Geo) Geisz, the late Rosemary (Herman) Recker, the late Raymond Vogler, Lawrence Vogler, the late Reverend John E. Vogler, the late Joseph A. Vogler, the late Paul N. Vogler, and the late Ralph (Shirley) Vogler. Also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dr. Roland (Gloria nee: Nirgenau) Herbst, Virginia Schmidt nee: Leaf, Dorothy Vogler, Katie Vogler and Jeanie Vogler. Dear aunt "Aunt Chocolate", great aunt, great-great aunt, Godmother, cousin, and friend to many. Grace is together again and celebrating a joyous reunion with her parents, brothers and sisters, her husbands, and all her loved ones who went before her. Grace was a long time employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Office of District 837 IAMAW, and Office of CWA Local 6350. Grace was the wife of the founder of the St. Louis Auto Racing Fan Club, Dale R. Mueller, and she was a lifetime honorary member of SLARF, an officer and Board Member, had been a longtime volunteer for St. Patrick Center, Guide Dogs of America, and Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Peters. A 25 year member of K. of C. Council and the K. of C. St. Louis 4th Degree Assembly Auxiliaries.
