Gwendolyn Charlene Schock

Gwendolyn Charlene Schock (nee Parris), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Larry Schock; loving daughter of the late Walter and Virginia Parris; devoted mother of Tina (Scott) Lowery and Tammi (David Peeters) Kerley; cherished grandmother of Danielle Lowery and Kaitlyn Peeters; dear sister of Ralph Parris, Joan (Charlie) Lowe, Dennis (Rita) Parris, Michael Parris, Keith (Beth) Parris, Patsy (Russell) Hughes; Aunt, Grandma and Friend to Many. Gwen is also preceded in death by her siblings, Eunice Faye Lenderman, Shirley Turnquist, Bonnie Stinson, Rebecca Parris, Eddie Parris, and Kevin Parris.

Gwen and Larry were married for 58 years and were proud business owners of Gwen’s Dog House for 50 years. She loved music, sharing the passion with family as they wrote and sang songs together. Gwen could often be found dancing along to her favorite songs, always with a smile on her face. She also enjoyed her casino trips and scratch off tickets. In her free time, Gwen liked collecting antiques, crafting and drawing. Gwen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Gwen's name to the Humane Society of Missouri.
