Vance; dear father of Kathleen Jane (Tom) Kubiak, Carlton Dean (Carol) Vance and the late Clayton Todd Vance and Kevin Dale Vance; dear grandfather of Kevin and Kory Kubiak, Tyler and Rachel Vance; dear great-grandfather of Amanda and Craig Kubiak; dear brother of Clinton (Margaret) Vance, Ivan (Karen) Vance and Dwight (Joleen) Vance; preceded in death by his parents Charles Howard and Myrtle Irene (nee: Ormsby) Vance, sister Gena Fay Vance and brother Cecil Vance. He was our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and cousin. Dale was an Ombudsman for McDonnell Douglas in St. Charles for 24 years before his retirement as well as 20 years in the U.S. Air Force (Retired)- Chief Master Sargent, a member of St. John U.C.C., St. Charles, Missouri, member of Douglas Lodge #361, Mascoutah, Illinois, member Scottish Rite Bodies, Shriner's Ainad Temple, Air Force Sargents Association and Disabled American Veterans.
