Loving husband of Maisie (Margaret) Keeser; beloved son of the late Fred L. and Inez Keeser; devoted father of Kathy Keeser and Thomas Keeser ; cherished grandfather of Jacob Keeser. Harlow was a graduate of St. Charles High School and Rolla School of Mines. After graduation from Rolla he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Harlow then applied his Chemical Engineering degree for 25 years at McDonell Douglas Aircraft. Over the years Harlow’s favorite place to travel was all of the great states out West. Going on family vacations and dreams were pursued out West, friendships were forged hiking thru the vast wilderness of the Routt National Forest and visiting a myriad of ghost and mining towns from the barren prairies to the magnificent mountain tops.

After retirement at the age of 55 Harlow and Maisie pursued the country life in Pike County enjoying many years at the Lazy K ranch where he immersed himself in various farming activities which kept him young and fit. In addition to farming he enjoyed working on his Packard Automobiles, the prestigious line that he first became enamored with as a youth while working at St. Charles Dairy on Clay Street; he so admired the beautiful automobiles that the wealthy St. Louisans drove. He was an active member with the Mississippi Valley Packard Club. Harlow was also known for his collection of many Cadillac's over the years, to which there are many classic stories.

Harlow was a good family man, he enjoyed time with his family, Harlow dearly loved his wife Maisie with all his heart his entire life and he was a very proud American in every aspect. Harlow was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The many Harlow stories will live in infamy amongst his family and friends for eternity.

May Rabbit Ears Pass always be in your view as you scan the horizon of the Colorado Mountains, pulling the Honda's in your convertible Cadillac DeVille.
